After a previous contractor was forced to liquidate, SBM were approached to complete the outstanding works while also helping to assess and repair further defects found throughout the project.

SBM worked closely with a range of key stakeholders including QBE Insurance, assessors, project managers and the owners to ensure the project was completed and to also maintain clear lines of communication between all parties involved.
