3 TOWNS CRES, TURNER ACT

SBM were engaged to carry out remedial works at 3 Towns Cres, Turner ACT to complete the removal and replacement of combustible cladding to the building’s façade. All cladding materials installed in accordance with NCC/BCA compliance specifically in terms of combustibility and certified as non-combustible in accordance and all other applicable standards. Remediation of existing insulation was carried out along with new sarking installation to achieve compliance. All correct and required non-combustible system components including accessories, fixings, framing and sealant works were also installed to align with correct requirements and granted necessary sign offs.
